Nuts & Chocolate Chip Bars Recipe
Ingredients
| Soft butter | 1/2 Cup(16 tbs) | |
| Sugar | 1/3 Cup(16 tbs) | |
| Dark brown sugar | 1/3 Cup(16 tbs) | |
| Water | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Flour | 1 Cup(16 tbs) | |
| Baking powder | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Egg | 1 | |
| Vanilla | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Nuts | 3/4 Cup(16 tbs), finley chopped | |
| Flaked coconut | 1/2 Cup(16 tbs) | |
| 1 (6 oz) pkg. chocolate chips | ||
Directions
In medium bowl combine butter, sugars and water.
Stir in flour and baking powder; add egg and vanilla.
Blend in nuts, coconut and chips.
Pour into 6-cup plastic ring mold.
Microwave (high) 4-6 minutes, rotating 1/4 turn every 2 minutes.
Cool 10 minutes.
Invert.
Cut into slices or cubes.
