 Soft butter1/2 Cup(16 tbs)
 Sugar1/3 Cup(16 tbs)
 Dark brown sugar1/3 Cup(16 tbs)
 Water2 Tablespoon
 Flour1 Cup(16 tbs)
 Baking powder1 Teaspoon
 Egg1
 Vanilla1 Teaspoon
 Nuts3/4 Cup(16 tbs), finley chopped
 Flaked coconut1/2 Cup(16 tbs)
 1 (6 oz) pkg. chocolate chips

Directions

In medium bowl combine butter, sugars and water.
Stir in flour and baking powder; add egg and vanilla.
Blend in nuts, coconut and chips.
Pour into 6-cup plastic ring mold.
Microwave (high) 4-6 minutes, rotating 1/4 turn every 2 minutes.
Cool 10 minutes.
Invert.
Cut into slices or cubes.
