Chocolate Cherry Sauce Recipe
Ingredients
| Sugar | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Unsweetened cocoa | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Cornstarch | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Skim milk | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 2 tablespoons light-colored corn syrup | ||
| 1 tablespoon cherry brandy | ||
| Vanilla extract | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Cherries | 2 Tablespoon, chopped | |
Directions
Combine first 3 ingredients in a small saucepan.
Gradually stir in milk, corn syrup, brandy, and vanilla.
Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, 8 minutes or until thickened.
Remove from heat.
Stir in cherries.
