 21-oz. can prepared cherry fruit filling
 Creme de cacao3 Tablespoon
 Brandy1/4 Cup (16 tbs)
 Chocolate ice cream1 Pint
 8 servings One-Step Cocoa Cake, Plus Dark Chocolate Cake or Deluxe Fudge Brownies

Directions

In medium saucepan or chafing dish, combine fruit filling and creme de cacao.
Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until hot and bubbly.
Just before serving, heat brandy in small saucepan or ladle just until moisture rises and small bubbles begin to form; ignite and quickly pour over cherries.
Serve flaming over ice cream and cake.
