Chocolate Cherry Fudge Cake Recipe
Ingredients
| Semi-sweet chocolate | 13 Ounce | |
| Unsweetened chocolate- 3 ounces, coarsley chopped | ||
| Unsalted butter | 8 Ounce | |
| Unsweetened cocoa powder | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Large eggs- 7 | ||
| Dried tart cherries- 1 cup | ||
| Confectioner's sugar | ||
Directions
GETTING READY
1. Start by preheating the oven to 350°F
MAKING
2. In a springfrom pan, butter and flour it, take aluminum foil and wrap the bottom and outer side of the pan, the pan is wrapped to prevent it from any leakages
3. In the boiler, combine the chocolate and the butter in the top, stir properly, simmer water till mixture melts completely now remove from the heat, stir in the cocoa
4. In a bowl, combine the eggs and sugar and beat with a whisk over hot water for 2 to 3 minutes, beat till mixture is warm, remove from heat and beat again for 3 to 4 till batter triples in quantity
5. Now take the chocolate mixture, the dried cherries, and fold it, then pour the batter into the pan and set the cake pan in a roasting pan, pour boiling water nto the roasting pan to come halfway the side of the cake
6. Make sure that the water does not come on the top of the foil
7. Finally bake for 30 to 35 minutes, now cool the cake completely
8. Once the cake has cooled down completely, take out the sides of the springform pan and unmold the cake on a plate

9. Sprinkle confectioners' sugar before serving the cake, also serve cake with cookies or coffee
