Chocolate Cheesecakes Recipe
Ingredients
| Butter margarine | 1 Tablespoon, melted | |
| Package cream cheese | 1 3 Ounce, softened | |
| Vanilla | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Sugar | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Unsweetened cocoa powder | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Egg | 1 | |
| Milk | 1 Tablespoon |
Directions
Butter the sides and bottoms of 4 muffin cups.
In a bowl combine graham crackers or vanilla wafers and margarine or butter; toss.
Divide mixture evenly among muffin cups.
Press onto bottoms of cups to form a firm crust.
In a small mixer bowl beat cream cheese and vanilla with an electric mixer till fluffy.
Gradually add sugar and cocoa powder; beat till combined.
Add egg and milk, beating on low speed just till combined.
Do not overbear.
Pour into muffin cups.
Bake in a 350° oven for 15 to 20 minutes or till the center appear set.
Cool.
Chill for 2 hours or till serving time.
Loosen sides of cheesecakes with a narrow spatula; remove from muffin cups.
Place each cheesecake on an individual serving plate.
If desired, garnish with an orange slice, strawberry half, or pineapple chunk.
