Easy Chocolate Cheesecake Recipe
Ingredients
| Cheesecake mix | 11 Ounce | |
| Butter/Margarine | 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), melted | |
| Cold milk | 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs) | |
| Sugar | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Sugar/Null | 1 Tablespoon (NULL) | |
| Envelope of chocolate flavored | 1 Ounce (no melt unsweetened) | |
| Dairy sour cream | 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) |
Directions
Combine crumbs from the cheesecake mix, melted butter or margarine, and 3 tablespoons sugar.
Press crumb mixture onto bottom and 1 inch upsides of 7 1/2-inch springform pan.
Chill.
In mixer bowl combine milk, the filling from the cheesecake mix, and 1 tablespoon sugar.
Beat at low speed of electric mixer till blended; beat at medium speed for 3 minutes.
Add chocolate; beat at low speed 1 minute more.
Pour into crust; spread sour cream over top.
Chill at least 1 hour.
Garnish with chocolate curls, if desired.
