Kahlua Chocolate Cheesecake Recipe

Ingredients
1 1/4 cups chocolate wafer crumbs
1/4 cup butter, melted
8 (1 oz.) squares semisweet chocolate
3 (8 oz.) pkgs. Cream cheese, softened
1 cup sugar
3 eggs
2 tablespoons Kahlua
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/4 cups sour cream
1/2 cup semisweet chocolate chips
Directions
In small mixing bowl, combine chocolate wafer crumbs and butter; stir well.
Press crumb mixture into bottom and 1 inch up sides of 9 inch springform pan.
Chill.
In 4-cup glass measure, place chocolate squares.
Microwave at HIGH (10) 2 to 3 minutes until melted.
Insert metal accessory rack.
Preheat oven to 325°F.
In medium mixing bowl, beat together cream cheese and sugar with an electric mixer until light and fluffy.
Beat in eggs, melted chocolate, kahlua and vanilla until smooth.
Fold in sour cream.
Pour mixture into crumb crust.
Bake for 1 hour 10 minutes.
Turn oven off and let cheesecake stand in oven 30 minutes.
Remove and cool on wire rack.
Cover and chill at least 8 hours.
Garhish with chocolate leaves.
To make chocolate leaves: Microwave chocolate chips at HIGH (10) 1/2 to 1 minute until melted.
Brush chocolate on leaves.
Chill until set.
Carefully peel leaf away from chocolate.
