Ingredients

 Package cream cheese1 3 Ounce
 Baking Chocolate square1 , melted
 Confectioner’s sugar2 Cup (16 tbs), sifted
 Salt1/8 Teaspoon
 Vanilla1 Teaspoon
 2 to 4 tablespoons cream or top milk

Directions

1. Mash and beat the cheese until soft and creamy.
2. Stir in the cooled chocolate and gradually add the sugar, beating until smooth; add the salt and the vanilla.
3. Gradually add the cream or top milk, using only enough to make the frosting of proper consistency to spread. Spread on cooled cake. Enough for 2 8-inch layers, or 24 cupcakes.
