Fatless Chocolate Sponge Recipe
Ingredients
4 eggs
3 tablespoons lukewarm water
1/3 cup (140 g) sugar
3/4 cup (80 g) all-purpose flour
1/4 cup (35 g) unsweetened cocoa powder
1 teaspoon baking powder
Directions
1)Beat eggs and sugar till thick and creamy.
2)Lightly fold in flour, cocoa powder and baking powder.
3)Use water to adjust the consistency of the batter.
4)Pour batter into a greased cake tin and bake for 20min @ 180C.
5)Remove and cook. Use sponge to futher make celebration cakes.
