I tried this recipe last night after looking far and wide for a Chocolate Butterscotch pie recipe and I have to say...great tasting pie! It was easy to make, had simple ingredients and turned out delicious. I substituted a graham cracker pie crust instead of using a baked crust, which really made this pie taste nostalgic to my sister and I. The texture was smooth and similar to a thicker pudding. Next time, I'm going to add some shaved chocolate or cream to the top, just to make the pie a little more decorative (although, the taste is entirely able to speak for itself).
