Chocolate Bundt Cake Recipe
This is a kick ass Chocolate Bundt Cake recipe which will knockout anyone who eats it. Excuse my French please. Best enjoyed as a Dessert this recipe was taught to me by a dear friend who also happens to be a great chef. Bookmark this Chocolate Bundt Cake page, otherwise you might regret your decision later.
Ingredients
1 pkg. chocolate cake mix (Betty Crocker dark chocolate works best)
1 Ig. or two sm. pkgs. instant chocolate pudding
1/2 c. warm water
1/4 c. oil
1 c. lite sour cream
4 eggs or 8 egg whites
1 pkg. semi-sweet or mint chocolate chips (12 oz.)
Directions
Mix cake mix, pudding, water, oil and sour cream.
Add eggs and beat well.
Stir in chips (batter will be thick).
Put in well greased and floured bundt pan.
Bake at 350° for 45-55 minutes.
Can invert onto a plate immediately.
Frost or sprinkle with powdered sugar if desired.
