Ingredients

 Pecans1 Cup (16 tbs), finley chopped
 Bourbon1/4 Cup (16 tbs)
 Butter/Margarine1/2 Cup (16 tbs)
 Confectioner’s sugar4 Cup (16 tbs), sifted
 Chocolate package3

Directions

Combine chopped pecans with bourbon and refrigerate overnight.
Melt butter in small, heat resistant, non-metallic bowl on full power 1 minute.
Add confectioners' sugar, 1 cup at a time, to melted butter.
Add nuts and bourbon, mixing well.
Place in refrigerator to harden.
Mixture should be stiff enough to hold its shape for dipping.
If necessary, more confectioners' sugar may be added to obtain the desired stiffness.
In a medium-sized, heat-resistant, non metallic bowl, place the chocolate pieces.
Heat, uncovered, on full power 4 minutes or until melted.
While chocolate is melting, shape candy into balls.
Place on tray with waxed paper and return to refrigerator to harden.
Put a wooden pick in each ball and dip into melted chocolate.
Place on waxed paper and refrigerate to harden.
