| Butter | 3/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Cocoa powder | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Baking powder | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
Directions
Sieve flour and baking powder together.
Mix sugar, butter and egg nicely in a large mixing bowl.
Add flour to egg mixture and knead with milk to a hard dough.
Divide the dough into two parts.
Add cocoa powder into one part and leave other as it is.
Keep the doughs covered for 1/2 hour in the fridge.
Knead both the doughs again and roll them out into thin sheets.
Place one over the other and roll slightly more.
Cut biscuits of any shape and put in a greased tray leaving space in between.
Prick them with fork.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 15-20 minutes.
Cool them in the tray for 2-3 minutes.
Remove from tray and cool completely.
