Chocolate Chip Banana Cupcake Recipe Video

My kids never complain about banana cupcakes, especially if there are chocolate chips involved. These wonderfully chocolate individual cakes are perfect for the lunch box or as an afternoon snack. Adding the chips to the top of each cupcake helps stretch them further and makes sure they are evenly distributed. Boy, they smell really good when they come out of the oven!

Editors Review

A bunch of ripe bananas and a jar of chocolate chips to put both of them together scrumptious decadence. These light and moist chocolate banana cupcakes are a far cry from the dense banana muffins. This has to be the best way to please fussy kids who complain about eating a banana. These cupcakes are perfect for a lunch box treat or why not indulge a little with cupcakes for breakfast. You just can’t go wrong then, can you?
