This unusual Chocolate and Rum Fondue is guaranteed to make any meal extra special!
6 tablespoons double cream
2 tablespoons rum
2 oz. icing sugar, sifted
Directions
In a small bowl set over a pan of hot water, melt the chocolate with the cream, stirring constantly with a wooden spoon.
As soon as the chocolate has melted, remove the bowl from the heat.
Stir in the rum and the sugar.
Pour the mixture into a fondue pot set over a small spirit lamp.
Ignite the spirit lamp and serve the fondue with the fruit or pieces of cake.
