1 can (14 oz.) sweetened condensed milk
3 oz. (3 sq.) unsweetened chocolate
1 cup cold water
2 cups cream
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Directions
Put sweetened condensed milk and chocolate into the top of a double boiler.
Cook, stirring frequently, over boiling water until mixture begins to thicken, then stir constantly until thick and smooth.
Remove double-boiler top from water.
Add the cold water gradually, beating constantly.
Add cream and extract gradually, mixing constantly until thoroughly blended.
Stir in coconut.
Turn mixture into refrigerator trays or spoon into colorful paper cups.
Freeze until firm.
