Directions

In 10-inch skillet combine sugar, peanut butter, and milk. (Electric skillet 250°.)
Over low heat, bring to slow boil, stirring till peanut butter is melted and sugar dissolves.
Remove from heat.
Add pudding mix and oats; mix thoroughly.
Turn into 8x8x2-inch pan.
Cool thoroughly.
Cut into 1-inch squares.
