Choco Nutty Pizza Recipe
Ingredients
| 1 pkg. Plus Dark Chocolate Cake Mix | ||
| 1 1/4 cups quick-cooking rolled oats | ||
| Butter margarine | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), softened | |
| Egg | 1 | |
| 1/2 cup peanuts, coarsely chopped | ||
| Firmly packed brown sugar | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Sugar | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) (FILLING) | |
| Creamy peanut butter | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) (FILLING) | |
| 8-oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened | ||
| Eggs | 2 (FILLING) | |
Directions
Heat oven to 350°F.
Grease 12-inch pizza pan or 13x9-inch pan.
In large bowl, combine cake mix, 1 cup oats and 6 tablespoons margarine at low speed until crumbly.
Reserve 1 cup crumbs for topping.
To remaining crumbs, blend in egg.
Press into prepared pan.
Bake at 350°F for 12 minutes.
In same large bowl, add remaining 1/4 cup oats, 2 tablespoons margarine, nuts and brown sugar to reserved crumbs; mix until crumbly.
In small bowl, blend all filling ingredients until smooth.
Remove base from oven and spread with filling.
Sprinkle with reserved crumb mixture.
Return to oven and bake 15 to 20 minutes or until filling is set.
Cool completely.
Cut into wedges or squares.
