| Milk | 4 Cup (16 tbs), chilled | |
| Cocoa | 4 Teaspoon | |
| Powdered sugar | 6 Tablespoon | |
| A bunch of mint leaves | ||
| 4 large scoops of vanilla ice cream | ||
Directions
Wash, chop mint leaves.
Dissolve cocoa in a little warm milk.
Boil milk with cocoa, sugar & mint leaves.
Keep boiling for 1-2 minutes on low flame.
Remove from fire.
Cool.
Chill in the freezer.
Strain to remove mint leaves.
Blend in a liquidizer till frothy.
Add ice cream & blend again just for a second.
