Choco Almond Marble Pie Recipe
Ingredients
| Chocolate Wafer Crust | ||
| Milk | 6 Tablespoon | |
| Almond paste | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Semi-sweet chocolate square | 2 , cooled | |
| Vanilla pudding | 1 4 1/2 Ounce | |
Directions
Prepare Chocolate Wafer Crust.
Press firmly onto bottom and sides of a 9-inch pie plate.
Chill.
In small mixer bowl add 1 tablespoon of the milk at a time to almond paste, beating with electric mixer or rotary beater till smooth.
Add the chocolate, beating till well-blended.
Set aside.
In saucepan prepare vanilla pudding mix according to package directions for pie filling.
Cool pudding mixture 5 minutes, stirring gently twice.
Spread 1 cup of the warm pudding mixture over bottom of chilled crust.
Dot with half of the chocolate mixture.
Spread remaining pudding mixture atop; dot with remaining chocolate mixture.
With narrow spatula, swirl gently through pie to marble.
Cover; chill several hours or till firm.
