Editors Review

Chivda makes such a delicious and easy family snack to be enjoyed with tea. There are so many varieties of chivda, but this recipe shows us how to make one of the most popular and loved version typically made in Maharashtrian homes, It is a spicy poha (flattened rice) and peanut chivda which is not deep fried and so is healthy and light. Make a large batch and store it in an airtight container for many days, provided it lasts that long!
