Chive Scrambled Eggs Recipe
Ingredients
| Eggs | 4 standard | |
| 1/4 cup milk or light cream | ||
| Butter/Margarine | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Chives | 2 Tablespoon, minced | |
| Salt | To Taste | |
| Pepper | To Taste | |
Directions
Beat eggs lightly with milk.
Season.
Melt butter in hot skillet; add egg mixture, lower heat, and add chives.
Stir gently until done.
Serve surrounded with toast tips and quarters of fresh tomatoes for breakfast or luncheon.
