Chive Butter Sauce Recipe
Ingredients
| Shallot | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs), minced | |
| 1/4 cup dry vermouth or dry white wine | ||
| Wine vinegar | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Butter stick | 1/2 , cut into pieces | |
| Chives | 2 Teaspoon, minced | |
Directions
In a small heavy saucepan combine the shallot, the vermouth, and the vinegar, bring the liquid to a boil, and simmer it until the liquid is reduced to about 1 tablespoon.
