Chitterlings Recipe
Ingredients
| Chitterlings | 10 Pound | |
| Red pepper, - 1 cut up | ||
| Garlic | 1 Clove (5gm) | |
Directions
GETTING READY
1.Rinse chitterlings.
MAKING
2.Crimp the fat from chitterlings.
3.Only leave some for seasoning.
4.Take a large saucepan, put chitterlings in it with water, red pepper, garlic, 1 tablespoon slat, 1 tablespoon pepper and cook for 2-3 hours until soft.
5.Once done, drain and cur in bite size pieces.
SERVING
6.Serve immediately.
