Chippy Cheese Ball Recipe
Ingredients
| Sharp cheddar cheese | 1 Pound, grated | |
| 1/4 lb. Roquefort cheese, crumbled | ||
| Cream cheese | 1/2 Pound | |
| Worcestershire sauce | 2 Teaspoon | |
| Onion | 2 Tablespoon, grated | |
| Cayenne pepper | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| 1 1/4 cups crushed Lay's | ||
| Brand Sour Cream & Onion Flavored Potato Chips | ||
Directions
Have cheeses at room temperature.
Blend well with mixer or pastry blender.
Add Worcestershire sauce, onion, pepper, and 1/4 cup of the crushed Lay's Brand Sour Cream & Onion Flavored Potato Chips.
Shape into ball and roll in remaining chips until completely covered.
Chill well.
