Ingredients

 
3 tablespoons butter or margarine
 
3 or 4 fresh mushrooms,sliced,or 1 peeled diced tomato
 
1-2 green onions, sliced
 
4 eggs,slightly beaten
 
1 /3-1 /2 cup shredded chipped beef
 
1/4 cup sweet or sour cream
 
2 slices buttered toast
 
1 teaspoon grated, Parmesan cheese

Directions

Heat butter or margarine in chafing dish or frying pan, and add mushrooms and onion.
Fry slowly, stirring, until onion is tender.
Mix next 3 ingredients, and pour into pan.
Scramble softly, using metal spoon.
Serve on toast.
Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
