Ingredients
Butter - 1/2 stick
Dash of pepper
Flour - 4 tbsp.
Jars – 2-2 1/2-oz.
Instant nonfat chipped beef - 2/3 c.
Dry milk
Parmesan cheese
Directions
MAKING
1) In a saucepan, heat butter.
2) Take off the heat and mix in flour till smooth.
3) Mix together the dry milk, pepper, and 2 cups water.
4) Add the milk mixture to the flour mix and mix well.
5) Cook over low heat and keep stirring till thick.
6) Add the chipped beef to the sauce.
7) Add the sauce over the pancake rolls and top with cheese.
8) Place in the oven at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes.
SERVING
9) Serve hot.
