Chipped Beef and Green Beans in Cheese Sauce Recipe

Ingredients
| 8-ounce jar dried beef | ||
| Butter/Margarine | 3 Tablespoon | |
| 2 cups cooked green beans cut in slivers or French style | ||
| 12 small cooked or canned white onions, cut in quarters | ||
| Pepper | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Curry powder | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Flour | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Parmesan cheese | 1 Cup (16 tbs), grated | |
| Condensed cream of mushroom soup | 1 Can (10oz) | |
| Milk | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
Directions
Heat oven to 350° F. (moderate).
Shred beef and soak in boiling water for 5 minutes.
Drain and pat dry with absorbent paper.
Saute in butter until lightly browned.
Place beans in a large greased baking dish, cover with onions and frizzled beef, sprinkling each layer lightly with a mixture of seasonings, flour and cheese.
Combine soup and milk and mix until smooth.
Pour over all.
Bake uncovered in 350° F. oven for 40 minutes until bubbling and browned on top
