Ingredients

 
8-ounce jar dried beef
 
3 tablespoons butter or margarine
 
2 cups cooked green beans cut in slivers or French style
 
12 small cooked or canned white onions, cut in quarters
 
1/4 teaspoon pepper
 
1 teaspoon curry powder
 
2 tablespoons flour
 
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
 
1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup
 
1 cup milk

Directions

Heat oven to 350° F. (moderate).
Shred beef and soak in boiling water for 5 minutes.
Drain and pat dry with absorbent paper.
Saute in butter until lightly browned.
Place beans in a large greased baking dish, cover with onions and frizzled beef, sprinkling each layer lightly with a mixture of seasonings, flour and cheese.
Combine soup and milk and mix until smooth.
Pour over all.
Bake uncovered in 350° F. oven for 40 minutes until bubbling and browned on top
