Chipped Beef Chow Mein Recipe
Ingredients
| 4 ounces dried beef, coarsely torn | ||
| Butter/Margarine | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Condensed cream of mushroom soup | 1 Can (10oz) | |
| 1 can condensed chicken-rice soup | ||
| 1 10-ounce package frozen asparagus, cooked and drained | ||
| 2 cups chow-mein noodles, heated | ||
Directions
Cook dried beef in butter till slightly crisp.
Stir in soups; simmer 5 minutes.
Add asparagus, heat through.
Serve over crisp chow-mein noodles.
