Chipotle Tomatillo Salsa Recipe
Ingredients
| Tomatillos | 1 pound, blackened | |
| 1 large clove roasted garlic | ||
| Sugar | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Salt | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| 4 chipotle chiles en adobo | ||
| Cilantro | 2 Tablespoon, chopped | |
Directions
Place the tomatillos, garlic, sugar, and salt in a food processor or blender.
Blend until mostly pureed.
Add the chipotles, adobo sauce, and cilantro leaves and blend briefly, leaving the salsa just a little textured.
