Directions

GETTING READY
1. In a small bowl mix 2 chipotle peppers in adobo sauce and set aside.

MAKING
2. Take a pan and heat it up to a medium with some olive oil and add the slices of potato and the garlic. Add salt to taste and mix well. Spread the potato slices all over the pan and let it sizzle for a while undisturbed and get a little crispy. Stir after a couple of minutes.
3. Add the chipotle peppers minced and soaked in adobo sauce into the sizzling potato slice mixture and let it heat for a minute or so while stirring it all around. Then lower the heat a little bit for a minute or so and then turn off the heat.

SERVING
4. Serve warm sprinkled with some salt on top.
