Chipotle Guacamole Recipe Video

| Fresh cilantro | 1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped finely | |
| Red onions | 1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped finely | |
| Serrano chilies | 2 Tablespoon, chopped finely | |
| Lime juice/Lime juice | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Garlic | 1 Teaspoon, minced | |
| Kosher salt | 1 Teaspoon (or to taste) | |
| Avocado | 3 Large |

Directions
1. Halve the avocados and discard the stone.
2. Scoop out the flesh using a teaspoon, into a large bowl.
3. Mash the avocado with the back of a large spoon or with a potato masher. You can mash them as per your preferred texture of the guacamole. Smooth and creamy is the Chipotle way but you can leave it chunky is you like.
4. Add the onion, cilantro, chilies, lime juice, garlic and salt. Mix well.
SERVING
5. Serve with corn chips.
