Chip Pie Recipe
Ingredients
| Marshmallows | 30 | |
| Milk | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Baking Chocolate | 1 Ounce | |
| 1 env. low-calorie topping mix | ||
| Vanilla | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Graham crackers | 9 inch, made | |
Directions
Melt marshmallows in 54 cup (125 mL) milk in double boiler.
Stir constantly.
Cool over pan of cold water.
Chip or grate the chocolate into small pieces and add to marshmallow mixture.
Add vanilla and the remaining 54 cup (125 mL) skim milk to the topping mix.
Beat into stiff peaks.
Fold into cooled marshmallow mixture.
Pour into graham cracker shell.
Chill at least 2 hours before serving.
