Ingredients

 Ground pork1 Pound
 Shrimps1⁄2 Pound, chopped
 Sugar1 Teaspoon
 Cornstarch1 Tablespoon
 Oyster sauce1 Tablespoon
 Sesame oil1 Tablespoon
 Green onion1 , chopped
 Water1 Gallon
 Chicken stock1 Can (10 oz)
 Soy sauce1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
 Sesame oil2 Tablespoon
 Green onions2

Directions

Take pork in a bowl. Add all the ingredients and mix well.
Take another bowl and break the egg. Beat well. Use the egg later for sealing the wonton wrappers.
Take a wonton wrapper. Put 1 tbsp of pork filling in the center. Seal with the egg mixture. Make the 35- 40 wontons ready in the same manner.
Take a saucepan and add water. When the water starts boiling add the wontons. When done the wontons will come up to the surface.
For the soup:
Take the water in a pan. Add the other ingredients. When boiled. Reduce heat and simmer for 10-15 minutes. Add the wontons. Garnish with chopped green onions. Serve.
