1 lb ground pork

½ lb raw shrimps (chopped)

1 tsp sugar

1 tbsp cornstarch

1 tbsp oyster sauce

1 tbsp sesame oil

1 green onion (chopped)

For the soup:

1 gallon water

3 tbsp chicken mix (powder) or 1 can chicken stock

¼ cup soy sauce

2 tbsp sesame oil

2 green onions

Directions

Take pork in a bowl. Add all the ingredients and mix well.
Take another bowl and break the egg. Beat well. Use the egg later for sealing the wonton wrappers.
Take a wonton wrapper. Put 1 tbsp of pork filling in the center. Seal with the egg mixture. Make the 35- 40 wontons ready in the same manner.
Take a saucepan and add water. When the water starts boiling add the wontons. When done the wontons will come up to the surface.
