1/2 Cup Green Onions, sliced
 
1/2 Lb. Mushrooms, sliced
 
1/2 Small Can Water Chestnuts rinsed drained and sliced
 
1/2 Can Bamboo Shoots, rinsed, drained and sliced
 
1 1/2 Tsp. Minced Fresh Ginger
 
1/2 Cup Soy Sauce
 
1 Lb. Spinach, coarsely chopped
 
1 1/2 Lbs. Chinese Cabbage, coarsely chopped
 
1 Tbs. Cornstarch
 
1 Envelope Instant Vegetable Broth, in 1/2 cup water
 
1/2 Lb. Vermicelli Noodles, cooked according to package directions
 
2 Tbs. Sesame Seeds

Directions

Combine green onions, mushrooms, water chestnuts, bamboo shoots, ginger and 1/4 cup soy sauce in a 4 quart saucepan; cook, uncovered, for 5 to 10 minutes.
Add cabbage and spinach to saucepan; cover and steam for 2 minutes.
Combine 1/4 cup soy sauce, cornstarch and broth.
Add to vegetables and cook over high heat until thickened, about 2 min.
Add cooked noodles to vegetables; mix well.
Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
