Chinese Turnip Salad Recipe
Ingredients
4 turnips parboiled
2 spring onions sliced
2 tbsps. chilli soya sauce
2 tbsps. vinegar
2 tbsps. sesame oil
1 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. Salt
Directions
Shred turnips thinly, add salt, cover with chilled water for 1 hour and rinse.
Mix all seasonings together in a bowl.
Place onions and turnip in bowl and pour in dressing mixture.
Toss well, chill before serving.
