Here is a simple recipe for a Chinese stir fry with vegetables and beef. Serve it with rice or noodles and enjoy a simple meal.

Directions for preparation:
• Cut your vegetables.
• Heat up the oil in a pan.
• Add the garlic. Sauté for couple of minutes.
• Add the onions. Mix and sauté with the garlic and oil until golden in color.
• Add the beef strips and cook until tender.
• Add the seasoning.
• Add the carrots and stir for few minutes.
• Add the green beans and stir them in.
• Add the cut up cabbage and stir it in too.
• Cover and let cook for few minutes.
• Add ¼ to ½ cup soy sauce to the vegetables and beef.
• Add ¾ cup water. Cover and let cook for few more minutes.
• Remove the stir fried beef and vegetables reserving the liquid in the pot.
• Add beef bullion to the reserved liquid in the pot and dissolve.
• Add little water.
• Add the noodles and stir until it becomes soft- this takes around 3-4 minutes
• Return your stir fry vegetables and beef to the pot and pour over the noodles
• Serve hot and enjoy!
