Broccoli and Cauliflower Florets
Baby Corn
Celery - Cut up

Zucchini or Squash - Sliced
Sliced Chinese or Regular Cabbage
Snow Peas

Bell Peppers
Mushrooms
Chicken breast - cut into medium sized pieces
Fresh Ginger
Fresh Garlic - Crushed
Salt and Pepper - to taste
Crushed Red pepper if desired
Cooked Rice
Cooked Corn
Sesame Oil or Cooking Oil
For the Sweet and Sour Sauce :
Marmalade or Fig Jam - 2 Tablespoons
Yellow Mustard - 2 Tablespoons
Soy Sauce - To taste

MAKING
Making the Sweet and Sour Sauce:
1. Mix ingredients together and set aside to develop flavors before you start cooking.
2. Start cooking the chicken cutlets until done.
3. Add garlic and fresh ginger to it.
4. Start cooking the vegetables, cooking hard vegetables first and then the soft ones depending on the time they take to cook.
5. Cut ginger, crush garlic and cook them in a pan on medium high heat.
6. Add chicken, vegetables and then the mushrooms and cook until the mushrooms are done.
SERVING
7. Mix cooked white rice with cooked cut corn and serve next to the dish.
