½ b mixed vegetables (frozen or cooked)
1 green bell pepper (chopped)
1 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp vinegar
1 tbsp garlic (minced)
1 tbsp sugar
Directions
Take a frying pan and add 1 tbsp of oil. Set heat on high. Add the minced garlic. Keep stirring for 10 seconds. Add the vegetables and all the other ingredients. Stir for a minute.
