Ingredients

 
½ b mixed vegetables (frozen or cooked)
 
1 green bell pepper (chopped)
 
1 tbsp oyster sauce
 
1 tbsp soy sauce
 
1 tbsp vinegar
 
1 tbsp garlic (minced)
 
1 tbsp sugar

Directions

Take a frying pan and add 1 tbsp of oil. Set heat on high. Add the minced garlic. Keep stirring for 10 seconds. Add the vegetables and all the other ingredients. Stir for a minute. Add cornstarch mixed in water (liquid cornstarch) to thicken the sauce. Stir for 30 seconds. Serve delicious Chinese stir fried vegetables.
