Directions

GETTING READY
1. Cut the beef into small bite size pieces, set aside.
2. In a bowl combine beef with soy sauce and corn starch, mix well, set aside.
3. Wash and rinse the snow peas and cut off both the ends, mince the garlic, set aside.

MAKING
4. In a wok pour sesame oil and stir fry the garlic over high heat, add the beef and stir fry it with the garlic, cook the beef for 3 minutes or until the beef is done.
5. Once done remove and set aside.
6. In another wok pour cooking oil, stir fry the snow peas for 1 minute or until crisp tender.
7. Add the beef, sugar, chicken stock, oyster sauce and vinegar, stir fry everything for 1 minute.

SERVING
8. Serve the Chinese stir fry along with rice.
