1 chicken breast
 
2 eggs, beaten
 
1 carrot, cut into 2 in. strips
 
1 cucumber, peeled and sliced lengthwise
 
1 stalk celery, cut into 2 in. strips
 
2 onions, cut into 2 in. strips
 
2 boiled ham slices, cut into 2 in. strips

Directions

Cook chicken in salted water.
Cool and cut into 2 inch strips.
Drop eggs by tablespoon fuls into lightly greased skillet.
Fry on each side, similar to a pancake.
Cool and cut into 2 inch strips.
Boil carrot for 1 minute; cool.
Combine all ingredients except chives.
Garnish with chives.
