This pork fried rice is so good, and you can also serve with any kind of chinese dish or just enjoy it!

Ingredients

 
3 cups cooked rice
 
2 eggs
 
¼ lb pork
 
2-3 tbsp soy sauce
 
1 tbsp sugar
 
1 tsp salt
 
1 tbsp garlic powder (optional )
 
1 carrot(cut into small pieces)
 
1 stalk celery ( chopped finely )
 
½ cup of corns

Directions

Take a wok. Set the heat on medium-high. Add 1 tbsp of cooking oil. Add garlic and stir fry till you get the fragrance. Add pork and cook till done (approximately 3-5 minutes). Break in the eggs and cook till the eggs are done. Add in the vegetables and corn. Stir fry for 1 minute. Add the rice little by little. Stir and mix well. Sprinkle garlic powder, sugar and soya sauce. Mix well. Serve.
