½ lb beef (cut into pieces)
Bell pepper -1
1 mid-size onions
¼ cup chicken stock
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp cornstarch
1 tbsp ginger (minced)
1 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tbsp soy sauce
Directions
Take a bowl. Add the sugar, oyster sauce, soy sauce and cornstarch in little water. Mix and set aside.
Take a wok and set heat at high. Add 1 tbsp cooking oil. Add the ginger and stir for 10 seconds. Add garlic (if desired). Add the beef and cook for 3-4 minutes till done. Set aside.
Take another wok and add 1 tsp of oil. Add vegetables. Stir till crisp for a minute or two. Add the cooked beef. Add the sauce and boil. When bubbles appear, mix all the ingredients together. Serve.
