Chinese Mustard Greens Soup Recipe

Ingredients

 Lean pork1/2 pound
 Chicken broth6 Cup (16 tbs)
 2 cups cut Chinese mustard greens
 Soy sauce1 1/2 Teaspoon
 Salt1/2 Teaspoon

Directions

Cut pork into thin slices 1 1/2 inches by 1/2 inch and put in a saucepan with the broth and bring to a boil.
Lower the heat and simmer for about 20 minutes.
Add Chinese mustard greens which have been cut into 1 inch pieces, bring to a boil again and simmer for 2 minutes.
Just before serving, add the soy sauce and season to taste.
Serve very hot in a deep bowl.

I tried a similar soup in a Chinatown restaurant and have been searching for the recipe. The one I had also contained egg drop!
