Chinese Mixed Vegetable Recipe
Ingredients
| Broccoli | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Beans | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Scallions | 6 | |
| Red pepper | To Taste | |
| Green pepper | To Taste | |
| Onions | 1 Medium, cut in big pieces | |
| Ginger | 1 , cut into pieces | |
| Garlic pieces | 4 (Paste of 2, and 2 cut in small pieces) | |
| Cumin powder | 1⁄2 Teaspoon | |
| Red chili powder | 1⁄3 Teaspoon | |
| Tomato ketchup | 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs) | |
| Soya sauce | 5 Teaspoon | |
| Salt | To Taste |

Directions
Heat the oil in a pan
Put Ginger and Garlic along with onions
after 30 seconds add Broccoli, add 1/2 tsp salt with it
Saute for 3 minutes and then add cumin powder and chilly powder
Saute for another minute and add Scallion, Red pepper and Green Pepper
Add Tomato Ketchup and Soya Sauce and salt
Saute for another minute and add 1/2 cup of water
let it cook for 2 minutes
** I add the Garlic paste, to get more taste of garlic in the gravy.
