Chinese Fried Rice With Bean Sprout Recipe
This Chinese Fried Rice never fails to make my mouth water even in thoughts. This is simply awesome. Now, the Chinese Fried Rice is a regular feature of my meals menu. Try it out right away and let me know if you like it.
Ingredients
| 2 ounces diced, cooked chicken, veal or shrimp | ||
| 1/4 cup canned drained bean sprouts or braised celery | ||
| 1/2 cup cooked enriched rice | ||
| Egg | 1 , beaten | |
| Scallion | 2 Ounce, diced | |
| Soy sauce | 2 Teaspoon | |
| Salt | To Taste | |
| Pepper | To Taste | |
Directions
In non-stick skillet, combine meat, bean sprouts, salt and pepper, and heat for 5 minutes.
Add rice and beaten egg, and cook 5 minutes more, stirring constantly.
Add scallions and soy sauce and heat an additional 2 minutes.
