Chinese Fried Rice Recipe
Ingredients
| Green onions | 4 Small, chopped | |
| Green peppers | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs), diced | |
| Celery | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| 3 cup day-old cooked rice | ||
| 1/4 cup chicken bouillon | ||
| 4 oz. cooked ham, diced or 8 oz. cooked shrimp | ||
| Egg whites | 4 | |
| Bean sprouts | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Snow peas | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Parsley | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs), minced | |
| Soy sauce | 1 1/2 Teaspoon | |
Directions
1. Saute onions, green peppers, and celery until tender.
2. Saute rice in chicken bouillon until hot and golden.
3. Add onion mixture and ham or shrimp. When these ingredients are well mixed, hollow a center in the rice. Pour 4 egg whites into the hollow and scramble until semi cooked. Stir cooked eggs into the rice.
4. Add bean sprouts and snow peas. Cook for 5 minutes. Stir in parsley.
