Directions

Mix all the ingredients well. The pork filling for the wontons is ready.
Break the eggs in another bowl and beat well. It can be used later for sealing the wonton edges.
Take a wonton wrapper. Add 1 tsp of the filling in the center. Seal with the egg liquid. Fold and deep fry till golden brown. Take out and drain the excess oil. Serve with sweet and sour sauce.
