Ingredients

 
1 packet crabmeat (pre-cooked)
 
3 tbsp wonton soup base mix
 
1 tbsp salt 1 tbsp ginger (minced)
 
4 mushrooms (sliced)
 
1 stalk celery (sliced)
 
12 cups water

Directions

Take a pan. Add 1 tbsp of cooking oil. Add ginger and stir fry for 10 seconds. Add the vegetables and stir. Add the crab meat (cut into 1” pieces). Add salt and the wonton base. Add water and boil on high heat. After it has boiled reduce heat and simmer for 10-15 minutes. Serve garnished with chopped green onions.

Sounds very good, but I think I would prefer to use real crab vs crab flavored fish. I've used that brand, Crab Select, in dips before, and it never turned out very well. I think the green onions would make a lovely addition to the soup.
