Ingredients
1 tsp cornstarch (cornflour)
2 tbsp Chinese dark soy sauce
1 tsp superfine (caster) sugar
2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
1/3 tsp five spice powder

10 1/2 oz cooked chicken, cut into thin strips
2 tbsp oil
2 tbsp white port
8 coarsely chopped walnuts
1 tbsp chopped chives
Directions
Heat a browning dish in the oven for 6-8 minutes on HIGH, following the manufacturer's instructions.
Put the cornstarch (cornflour) in a dish and mix gradually with the soy sauce.
Add the sugar, lemon juice, five spice powder and pepper and mix well.
Add the chicken strips to the sauce and mix until the chicken is well coated.
Pour the oil into the hot browning dish and add the contents of the bowl carefully to avoid spattering the inside of the oven.
